Survey Results

The response to the Williston Community Survey was excellent, with over 400 surveys submitted to the city. The results of the survey are posted in the following documents. One document summarizes the results of the questions included in the survey. Another document provides a list of written comments that were submitted for various questions throughout the survey.

In addition to the Community Survey, additional input was received during public meetings held in late September. The results of the electronic facilitation survey are provided below. One of these meetings was oriented to the community at large, while another was oriented more specifically to businesses in the community. In addition, input was received from four high school classes and one class at Williston State College.

The input received in the Community Surveys and at the public input meetings will be very valuable information for the Williston Planning Advisory Committee, Planning Commission, and City Commission as they continue to work on the development of the Comprehensive Plan and Transportation Plan.
